Mediante la Resolución N° 255/2020, el Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADES), dispuso que, desde la fecha, la única vía para la tramitación de solicitudes de Nota Consulta, sea el Sistema de Información Ambiental (SIAM), mediante el “Módulo Nota Consulta”.
La Resolución establece además, los requisitos y procedimientos de la Nota de Consulta para los proyectos y/o actividades ambientales sobre el requerimiento de presentación de un EIAP, EDE o PGAG, por SIAM, en cumplimiento a la Ley N° 294/93 “De Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental” y sus decretos reglamentarios.
Esta decisión se suma a la exigencia de presentación vía online no solo de los proyectos o actividades, que fue implementado oficialmente ya en enero de 2019, ahora también las solicitudes de las notas consultas ya no se recibirán en formato físico, dando un paso más hacia el objetivo MADES de “Cero Papel”.
También se actualizaron las tasas a ser percibidas por la presentación de la Nota Consulta. La misma será ahora de 2 (dos) jornales mínimos.
Entre los requisitos requeridos se pueden mencionar:
1 – Nota firmada por proponente y/o propietario (persona física o jurídica) del proyecto dirigido al Ministro del Ministerio del Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.

1.2. Nombres, Apellidos
1.3. N° de Teléfono y Correo electrónico del Proponente y/o Propietario del Proyecto.
1.4. Copia de cédula de identidad y R.U.C. (Anexar) del proponente y/o propietario del proyecto
1.5. Copia de la Patente Comercial o Municipal (Anexar si corresponde)
1.6. Declaración Jurada, firmado por el Proponente y/o Propietario del Proyecto, garantizando la veracidad de las informaciones y documentaciones presentadas, autenticadas por Escribanía.
1.7. En caso de contratar a personas que realicen la gestión correspondiente, deberá presentar un Poder otorgado por el Proponente y/o Propietario del Proyecto con Certificación de firma.
1.8. En caso de las Comisiones Vecinales deberán presentar documento que acredite que la Comisión está reconocida y el permiso o autorización expedido por el Municipio, para la realización de gestiones y realización de obras (autenticado por Escribanía).
